Welcome to AmbedPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on AmbedPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AmbedPay. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

To use AmbedPay, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services

AmbedPay provides a digital payment platform for mobile recharges, bill payments, DTH recharges, and other utility services. We act as an intermediary between you and the service providers.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
  • Prices for recharges and bill payments are determined by the respective service providers
  • AmbedPay does not charge any additional fees for transactions unless explicitly stated
  • You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account

6. Wallet

The AmbedPay digital wallet allows you to store funds for faster transactions. Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used for transactions on the AmbedPay platform. Wallet funds do not earn interest.

7. Refunds

For failed transactions where money is deducted, refunds are processed automatically within 5–7 business days. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
  • Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

AmbedPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

AmbedPay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
